Tomes From Tilth

Inspired by the February 2024 Farm Jam theme of Magic or Psychological Horror.  I obviously leaned more towards magic, but did initially have more plans to integrate Psychological Horror.  But, that's how game jams go. 

Grow Tomes in the plots of dirt on your land, by planting seeds, watering them, and harvesting the crop with your sickle once grown.

Tomes can be sold at the market stall, used to upgrade your weapon damage, or sacrificed to acquire 2 seeds at once.

Beware the night, when users of magic come hunting for more Tomes to feed their addiction.  Use your rifle or sickle to fend them off.

And beware your crops. Looking at them too long can have...unpleasant consequences...
